All Tincher Tigers are goal-oriented, lifelong learners, poised to achieve their maximum potential and contribute to their community. They are responsible, thoughtful, and empathetic leaders in a diverse society, possessing the social-emotional and self-management skills to be resilient through life’s challenges.
The mission of the School Counselor is to advocate for all Tincher Tigers through the implementation of an equitable and accessible learning environment in collaboration with all stakeholders. Through a data-driven school counseling program, all Tigers will develop the skills and attitudes necessary for building strong self-efficacy, responsibility to oneself and others, and achievement of current and future goals.
